Rafina is the second largest Port in Attica after Piraeus Port. Rafina Port is further away from the city centre of Athens than Piraeus. However it is only 20 minutes away from Athens International Airport.

From Rafina Port there are ferries going to the southern part of Evia and the northern part of the Cyclades (Andros, Tinos, Paros, Naxos, Mykonos, Santorini, Ios, Koufonisi, Amorgos).
To Rafina Port by Taxi
Taxis are available 24/7. The pick up point is at the arrivals level between Exit 2 and Exit 3. The trip takes about 20 minutes and the fare from Athens airport to Rafina Port is approximately:
- Day time (05:00-24:00) 25 €
- Night time (24:00-05:00) 35 €

To Rafina Port by Bus
This is the best value- to-money means of transfer to Rafina Port. You can catch the bus from the designate area opposite the Sofitel Hotel, which is just 200m from the arrivals exit. The trip takes around 50 minutes. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver when entering the bus.
Tickets and cost 6.00€. Children under 6 years can travel free. Half price ticket at 3.00€ is available for student, and people of age 18- and 65+

Note: The bus stop adjacent to the square in Rafina is only served by the Athens buses. If you want the airport bus you must descend the steps to the port road at the other (seaside) end of the square and the bus stop next to a little newspaper shop is where the airport bus picks you up as it leaves the port.
